Honey-Marie Principal Consultant
Honey-Marie, founder of Aligned Path Enterprises, LLC, DBA Performance Now Consulting and author of The Serenity Maven’s Guide to Balanced Wellness: Stop Burnout Now—published in 2019, the same year the WHO officially recognized burnout.
She has spent more than 27 years leading operations and systems design inside Fortune 5 healthcare organizations—where lives depend on precise, compliant, end-to-end processes. Every scenario had to be thought through, tested, and backed by failover and recovery.
In 2017, she hit the wall herself—burned out, stuck on a business trip in and out of multiple hospitals, trying to do it all, do it perfectly, and do it practically alone. That near-death experience became the spark for Honey’s mission.
Today, she helps founders and fast-growing companies avoid what she went through—by designing operations that scale the business and the people behind it.
